Mike Wai designs and delivers finance systems for regulated and multinational firms. He has worked on eleven engagements across seven jurisdictions and led nine of them end to end, from the accounting to the bank. In Hong Kong, he built finance systems for four virtual-asset firms, including one posting framework of more than 70 rules, signed off by finance, and delivered host-to-host bank integration for a securities firm, covering 20 currencies and local and cross-border payments. In Singapore, he replaced a manual spreadsheet close with scripted crypto revaluation. His work covers multi-book accounting, China localisation and intercompany reporting in the UK and the US. Outside client work, he directs a team of AI agents that builds and tests this site.
